Prospective Exhibitors

As, the program chair of The William F. Slagle Dental Meeting 2020, I invite you to participate in the exhibit display during our 25th anniversary meeting March 6-8, 2020. We had a highly successful conference in 2019 and we have great expectations for the 2020 meeting.

The William F. Slagle Dental Meeting will be held March 6-8, 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee, at The Guest House at Graceland 3600 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38116. The exhibit convention services will set up booths on Thursday; exhibitors will set up displays Thursday evening starting at 4:30 pm. The Exhibit area will open for display during the William F. Slagle Dental Meeting on Friday morning, March 6 at 7:30 AM and close at 6:00 PM. Exhibitors will reopen for display on Saturday morning, March 7 beginning at 7:30 AM and will close at 2:00 pm. Booth takedown will begin promptly thereafter.

Should you wish to participate, an agreement is available for you to print, complete and return with a check for $750.00 made payable to the UT/William F. Slagle Dental Meeting. We also accept credit card payments over the phone should you wish to do so (please see below). Please peruse the sponsorship information and consider becoming an event sponsor at the 2020 meeting. Sponsorship at the level of $2,500 and above will include one complimentary exhibit booth space. Sponsorship at the level of $6,000 and above will include two complimentary exhibit booth spaces.

Also, on-line is an electrical form to complete if you have need for electricity and a credit card authorization form . We now accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. As always checks are accepted. Return the completed form(s) with the contract and payment to Blake Dingman, 875 Union Avenue, Room C211B, Memphis, TN 38163.
